The Branch Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring daily business processes are executed at a high level.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Clearly and effectively communicate over the phone and via email and text, prioritizing time-sensitive communication
2. Work with the sales team to collect customer payments and adjust and process invoices
3. Deposit customer payments
4. Generate daily reports
5. Process customer and salesperson pick-up orders and late-truck orders
8. Manage at least one office-staff direct report
9. Provide coverage for team members as necessary
10. Perform other duties as assigned

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Clearly and effectively communicate over the phone and via email and text, prioritizing time-sensitive communication
2. Work with the sales team to collect customer payments and adjust and process invoices
3. Deposit customer payments
4. Generate daily reports
5. Process customer and salesperson pick-up orders and late-truck orders
- Enter the proper weights for weighted items
- Adjust quantities to reflect quantities shipped
- Remove out-of-stock items
- Receive drivers
- Check completeness of drivers’ manifests
- Process returns paperwork
- Notify management when the last driver has returned from their route
- Report any truck issues that need to be resolved before the next delivery day
8. Manage at least one office-staff direct report
9. Provide coverage for team members as necessary
10. Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications (Required)
- Proactive, quick-thinking, problem-solving approach to work
- Excellent communication, organization, and data-entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and solid written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships across teams, departments, branches, customers, vendors, and service providers
- Proficiency in M365, especially Dynamics, Excel, Forms, Outlook, Planner, SharePoint, Teams, and Word
- Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit for several hours a day and able to walk around the warehouse
- Must be able to bend, lift (at least 55 lb.), stretch, and climb (including ladders)
- Requires bending, sitting, standing, walking, use of hands, arms, legs, eyes, and voice
